Terms of service

TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: September 16, 2026

1. Agreement
This site is operated by Link Supply LLC ("Link Supply," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting linksupply.com or buying anything from us, you're agreeing to these Terms, along with the Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, all of which are part of this agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or make a purchase.

We can revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version here. Changes apply as soon as they're posted — continuing to use the site afterward means you accept them.

2. Who Can Buy From Us
You must be 18 or older to purchase anything from Link Supply. Placing an order means you're confirming you meet that requirement and that the payment method belongs to you.

3. What We Sell
Link Supply sells digital products only. Right now, that's:

  • All In One Reselling Vendor — $14.99 USD
  • Comprehensive Reselling Guide — $14.99 USD

Both are downloadable digital files. Link Supply doesn't sell, produce, or ship any physical goods.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Everything is priced in USD. Payment runs through Shopify's payment providers at checkout — we don't store or have access to your complete card details.

We can decline or cancel any order at our discretion — including ones that look fraudulent, use a payment method we can't verify, or break these Terms. Cancelled orders are refunded in full if it happens before delivery.

Prices and product content can change without notice, but that never applies retroactively to orders you've already placed.

5. How Digital Delivery Works
Delivery is automatic and instant, handled through Filemonk, our third-party delivery service integrated into the store. Once your payment is approved:

  • Your download link shows up on the order confirmation page, and
  • A separate delivery email with that same link goes to whatever address you used at checkout.

Entering the correct email address is on you. If the delivery email doesn't show up within a few minutes, check spam, junk, and promotions before reaching out. Still nothing? Email linksupply1@outlook.com from your order address with your order number, and we'll resend it free of charge.

We're not responsible for delivery issues caused by a mistyped email, a full inbox, spam filters, or an email provider blocking our messages.

6. You're Requesting Immediate Delivery — and Waiving Cancellation Rights
Since our products are digital and delivered right away, completing your order means you're specifically asking for that immediate delivery — and as a result, giving up any statutory right to withdraw, cancel, or get a "cooling-off" period that might otherwise apply under consumer protection law.

7. Your License to Use What You Buy
Buying a product from Link Supply gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that product for yourself.

You're allowed to: read the material, apply it to your own reselling activity, and keep one personal backup copy.

You're not allowed to:

  • Resell, license, rent, sublicense, or distribute the product in whole or in part
  • Share or forward the files — by upload, email, group chat, Discord, Telegram, forum, or file-sharing site — to anyone else
  • Repurpose the vendor lists, contacts, sourcing methods, or written material into your own product, course, guide, newsletter, or paid community
  • Strip out, alter, or hide any copyright notice, watermark, or identifying mark in the files
  • Use the material to build a competing or substantially similar product

Everything in our products — text, layout, graphics, vendor compilations, and the way it's all organized — belongs to Link Supply and is copyright protected. Our vendor lists reflect original research and are protected on that basis too.

Breaking this license ends your rights to the product immediately, with no refund, and could expose you to civil liability. We may pursue takedowns, dispute payments, terminate accounts, and take legal action against anyone who redistributes our material.

8. No Promises About Results — Earnings Disclaimer
Our products are educational, nothing more. They're not a business opportunity, an investment, a franchise, or an income guarantee.

  • Link Supply makes no promise or guarantee that you'll earn money, make sales, or hit any particular outcome from using our products.
  • Any earnings, figures, or screenshots referenced on our site or in our products are just illustrations — not typical, not average, not a prediction of what'll happen for you.
  • What you get out of it depends on things we don't control: your effort, capital, skill, time, market conditions, platform rules, competitors, and your own decisions.
  • Reselling comes with financial risk. You could lose money. Don't spend more than you can afford to lose.

You're solely responsible for your own business choices and whatever comes of them.

9. Vendors and Suppliers Mentioned in Our Products
Our products reference and compile details about third-party vendors, suppliers, marketplaces, and platforms. Link Supply is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of them unless we say otherwise explicitly.

We don't control any of these third parties and make no promises about their pricing, stock, product quality, shipping times, minimum orders, business practices, financial health, or whether they'll still be around. Vendor details are accurate as of when we compiled them and can go stale at any time — vendors change terms, stop taking new customers, or shut down.

Vetting a vendor before you send them money is on you. Whatever deal you make with a third-party vendor is between you and them — Link Supply isn't involved and isn't liable for any of it, including fraud, non-delivery, counterfeits, or disputes.

10. Staying Legal and Compliant Is Your Job
You're responsible for running your reselling business lawfully — including business registration and licensing, collecting and remitting sales tax, reporting income tax, customs and import rules, product safety and labeling, IP and trademark law, and whatever terms of service apply to the marketplaces you sell on.

Nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Talk to a qualified professional in your area.

11. Acceptable Use
Don't use this site to spread malicious code, scrape or harvest data, probe or break our security, disrupt how the site runs, impersonate someone else, harass us, or break the law. We can cut off your access for any of that.

12. Shipping
Link Supply doesn't ship physical items and never charges shipping. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

13. Refunds
All sales are final. See our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after your files have already been delivered — instead of contacting us — breaks these Terms.

Got a delivery problem? Email linksupply1@outlook.com and we'll sort it out. File a chargeback instead, and we'll submit proof of delivery, your acceptance of these Terms, and your acknowledgment of our no-refund policy to the payment processor. We can permanently ban the buyer, revoke their license, and refer fraudulent disputes for collection.

15. No Warranties
Our products and this site are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We don't promise our products are error-free, that our information stays current, that the site runs uninterrupted or securely, or that anything we sell will meet your expectations or get you any result.

16. Limits on Our Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Link Supply won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, or business interruption — connected to your use of this site or our products, even if we were warned it might happen.

Our total liability to you for any claim caps at whatever you actually paid us for the product involved.

Some places don't allow these kinds of limits, so where that's true, the limits apply as far as the law will allow.

17. Indemnification
You agree to cover Link Supply for any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) that comes from you breaking these Terms, violating the license in Section 7, breaking any law or someone else's rights, or from your reselling activity.

18. Governing Law and Where Disputes Get Resolved
These Terms are governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes exclusively to the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you're agreeing to their jurisdiction.

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to email linksupply1@outlook.com and try to work things out informally for at least 30 days.

19. If Part of This Doesn't Hold Up
If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, that part gets cut out and the rest stays in effect. Together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, these Terms are the whole agreement between you and Link Supply, replacing anything discussed before.
