Link Supply LLC ("Link Supply," "we," "us," "our"), based in Tempe, Arizona, takes your privacy seriously. This policy covers what personal information we gather when you visit or buy from linksupply.com, how it gets used, who it's shared with, and the choices available to you.

Using this site means you accept this Privacy Policy.

1. What We Collect

What you give us directly:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Billing address
  • Payment details (handled by our payment processors — we never see or store your complete card number)
  • Whatever you tell us when reaching out for support

What we collect automatically as you browse:

  • Device, browser, operating system, and screen information
  • Your IP address and the rough location it points to
  • Which pages you view, what you click, how long you stay, and where you came from
  • Cookie and session identifiers

2. Cookies
We use cookies — small files stored on your device — to keep your cart working, keep you logged in through checkout, remember your preferences, catch fraud, and understand how people use our site.

Some cookies are essential to running the store. Your browser lets you block or clear them, but checkout may break if you do.

3. How We Use What We Collect
We use your information to:

  • Take payment and process your order
  • Send your digital files and download links
  • Confirm orders and send delivery emails
  • Re-send files and handle support requests
  • Watch for fraud and prevent abuse of download links
  • Keep records for accounting and tax purposes
  • Improve our site and products
  • Send marketing email — only if you've opted in (see Section 6)
  • Meet our legal obligations

4. Who Sees Your Information
We only hand information to service providers who need it to run the store, and only for that purpose:

  • Shopify — runs our storefront and processes orders. Their privacy policy: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy
  • Filemonk — our digital delivery provider, which gets your email and order details so it can send your download link
  • Payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.) — handle your payment directly and manage your card data under PCI-DSS standards
  • Email providers — send our transactional emails and any marketing email you've opted into

We may also share information if the law requires it (subpoena, government request), or to protect our rights, investigate fraud, or enforce our Terms of Service.

We never sell your personal information, and we don't rent or trade it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Sending Data Internationally
Our service providers mostly operate in the United States. If you're ordering from elsewhere, your data gets processed here, where privacy laws may look different than in your home country. Purchasing from us means you're okay with that transfer.

6. Marketing Emails
We only send marketing emails to people who've opted in. Every one includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email linksupply1@outlook.com to opt out any time.

Opting out of marketing doesn't stop the transactional stuff — order confirmations, delivery emails, support replies — since those are needed to actually fulfill your order.

7. How Long We Hold Onto Your Data
We keep order records as long as we need them to provide support, resend files, and satisfy tax and accounting record-keeping rules — generally at least seven years for anything financial. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Your Rights
Depending on where you're located, you may be able to:

  • Ask for a copy of what personal information we hold on you
  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Object to or limit certain uses of your data
  • Withdraw marketing consent at any time
  • Not be penalized for exercising any of these rights

To make a request, email linksupply1@outlook.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line, from the address tied to your order. We'll respond within 30 days, and may ask you to verify your identity first.

Keep in mind we may still need to hold onto certain records for tax or legal reasons even after a deletion request, and deleting your order record may mean we can't re-send your purchased files anymore.

If you're in the EEA or UK, you can also file a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children
This site isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors. If you think a minor gave us information, let us know and we'll remove it.

10. Security
We rely on Shopify's PCI-DSS-compliant, secure hosting, and everything sent to or from our site is encrypted via SSL/TLS. That said, no method of transmitting or storing data online is completely foolproof, and we can't promise absolute security.

11. Links to Other Sites
Our site and products link out to third-party sites, including vendors and suppliers. We don't control or take responsibility for their privacy practices — check their own policies separately.

12. Changes to This Policy
We can update this policy whenever needed. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted, with an updated date at the top. We'll flag anything major right here on this page.
